Welcome to our holiday villas in beautiful Vodice, Croatia, where you can enjoy spacious accommodation, peaceful surroundings and relaxing outdoor areas with swimming pools!
On the property you will find two modern villas, Villa Bachelor and Villa MM & HDS, each containing two spacious apartments. Villa Bachelor consists of Apartment A1 and Apartment A2, while Villa MM & HDS includes Apartment B1 and Apartment B3. Each villa offers two large apartments built to a high standard, making them ideal for families or groups travelling together. The apartments provide approximately 130 m² of indoor living space and feature a large south-facing terrace of about 30 m², offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate.
Both villas have their own private outdoor areas with swimming pools, shared only between the two apartments in each villa. The outdoor spaces include a 9–10 metre pool, sun loungers, outdoor shower and toilet, as well as a cozy barbecue house – perfect for long summer days and relaxed evenings outdoors. The villas are located in a quiet residential area on a hill above the centre of Vodice, with no through traffic, yet still within walking distance of beaches, restaurants and the lively town centre.
