The rental objects are available for rent if no booking is registered in the rental calendar for the requested period. The owner reserves the right to approve or reject requests for rental. The rental agreement is only valid when the landlord has approved the rental request by email. The receipt of a booking request constitutes acceptance of the rental terms. The landlord will send the booking confirmation with payment information within 2-3 working days after receiving the booking.
Price is quoted in table under each rental object. The rates on the website will be subject to change continuously, but the renter will always pay the price that was accepted at the time of booking. The price includes:
- Air Conditioning
- Cleaning after the rental period
30% of the rental amount must be payed no later then 7 days after the conclusion of the rental agreement. The remaining amount must be payed no later then 30 days prior to arrival. If rental is agreed less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full amount will be paid when the rental agreement is concluded.
A booking is binding when the landlord has received a rental request and approved it by email. If cancellations take place less than 30 days prior to arrival, the prepayment (30% of the total rental amount) is non-refundable, but will be charged to the landlord. It is advisable to purchase insurance that covers any cancellation by illness.
Arrival and departure
Before departure, the renter will be sent driving directions and contact information for the hosts on site (name and phone numbers). The landlord on site speaks Norwegian and Croatian. Arrival and departure times:
Arrival: Between 14:00 and 22:00 on the day of arrival.
Departure: No later than 10:00 (10:00 AM) on the day of departure.
Nb! If you are not able to arrive by 22.00 on the day of arrival, or if you are delayed, you must inform the hosts in advance.
The host is responsible for disclosing the key at the agreed location upon arrival. The renter is responsible for delivering the keys at the agreed place upon departure.
Defects and complaints
Complaints shall be communicated to the owner and/or to the landlord immediately. The landlord is responsible for correcting the defect or compensating for it as soon as possible.
Tenants are not entitled to claim in cases of unforeseen disturbances and injuries.
If the defect cannot be corrected or compensated on site and is of a substantial nature, the renter may send a written complaint through our website no later than 10 days after the lease ends. Memas cannot compensate any deficiencies that have not been communicated to the host on site during the rental period.
The owner wishes to be informed if the rental object does not correspond to the expectations.
The owner is responsible for the rental object being clean and prepared upon arrival. The owner is also responsible for cleaning the rental object after the tenant has departed. The tenant is responsible for all other cleaning during the stay. Tenants staying for more than two weeks may ask the landlord for an optional extra house cleaning in the middle of their stay for a price of € 100.
The rental object may not be inhabitated by more persons than the number specified in the order form. Smoking indoors is not allowed. The tenant should leave the rental object in the condition it was on arrival (except for cleaning). The apartment should be cleared, garbage and empty cargo carried out and the dishes put in the dish washer. Tenant booklets for anything belonging to the rental object and compensates all damage to the rental object or inventory caused by tenants. Tenants must promptly inform the owner of any damage during the rental period, and compensation is made directly to the landlord before departure.
Tenants must show consideration for neighbors and follow the individual House rules that may exist.
