4 Holiday apartments for rent in Vodice, Croatia. The apartments belong to two villas, Villa Bachelor and Villa MM & HDS, who where completed in the summer of 2014.
Villa Bachelor with Apartment A1 and A2 is located to the north on the property, while Villa MM & HDS with Apartment B1 and B3 is located to the south. The buildings have very similar floor plans with only a few minor differences. Each villa has its own outdoor area with swimming pool, outdoor shower, toilet, sun loungers and barbecue house. The outdoor area and the pool are shared by three apartments in each villa. Both pools are spacious with lengths of around 9-10 meters.
All apartments are characterized by high standards all throughout. They are also quite spacious, each with a floor area of about 130 square meters in addition to south facing terraces of about 30 square meters.
Located in a quiet residential area with no through traffic, on a hill above the center of Vodice. Keep yourselves in walking distance from the beach and restaurants, while living and sleeping comfortably in a quiet area, sheltered from traffic noise and nightlife.
